Paneltex at Road Transport Expo 2025

Stand O1 | NAEC Stoneleigh | 24 – 26 June 2025

Hull, UK, 30 June 2025 – Paneltex delivered its largest trade show presence to date at this year’s Road Transport Expo, showcasing the full breadth of its temperature-controlled vehicle engineering expertise. The very first stand visitors saw upon entering the show, Paneltex’s display captured attention across the three days, firmly reinforcing its position as a leader in refrigerated vehicle body building.

Paneltex displayed 8 brand new vehicles, covering a wide range of logistics and delivery operations, demonstrating cutting-edge technologies and vehicle solutions. The most comprehensive temperature-controlled vehicle body display at the show featured highly efficient van conversions, lightweight last-mile delivery vehicles, multi-temperature rigid trucks, and a fully solar-electric double deck trailer.

A second Paneltex double deck trailer also featured on Thermo King UK’s adjacent stand (O1a), featuring a hybrid Thermo King A360 refrigeration unit and Titan solar system.

The vehicles exhibited on the Paneltex stand were:

Electric Double Deck Trailer
Europe’s largest refrigerated trailer, with Paneltex chassis, Paneltex body, and Sunswap solar refrigeration system all manufactured in the UK.

MAN chassis with Thermo King T1000 refrigeration unit and Dhollandia DH-SK(S) tail lift.

18T Dual-Temperature Truck Body
DAF chassis with a Carrier Supra refrigeration system and both freezer box and ambient curtain-side sections produced by Paneltex.

3.5T Renault Master Grocery Delivery Van
Featuring Carrier Neos refrigeration and advanced in-vehicle technology.

3.5T Ford Transit Grocery Delivery Van
Multi-compartment (chilled/frozen/ambient) with Alex Original refrigeration.

3.5T Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Grocery Delivery Van
Lightweight final mile vehicle with GAH Super Rapier refrigeration.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Panel Van
Featuring a new smooth-lined, removable insulated conversion kit launched at Road Transport Expo by Paneltex.

Farizon SV Electric Panel Van Conversion
All-electric vehicle showcasing Paneltex’s adaptability to next-generation chassis platforms, keeping drinks on the Paneltex stand cool for the duration of the show.

“We had excellent engagement from fleet operators, retailers, OEMs, and the general public at Road Transport Expo. This show proved that the market is hungry for tailored, future-ready vehicle solutions in high volumes. We had some interesting conversations which will shape exciting projects over the coming months” said Phil Dixon, Head of Sales. “We also enjoyed showing visitors a 95-year-old Austin 7 van, which offered a fun comparison to the vehicles we expect to be producing in 5 years’ time.”
