Where it all begins
At Paneltex, we believe our close relationships with customers is one of the main reasons we have such a market-leading offering. We always try to understand our customers’ operations, so we can add value to each operation, by presenting more than just a product, but a solution.
Time for innovation
The design phase of the Paneltex process is our opportunity to visualize a product and a service that is the right fit for your operation. Our in-house design team has unrivalled experience of engineering vehicles and solutions for a multitude of operators.
After designing the best solution, we will dive into the specifics of the design. At this point, our design engineers will work with the sales and production teams to identify and remove any issues that may affect the operability of our build, both initially and when introduced into the customer’s operation.

Customer involvement and feedback
When presenting our solution to customers, we welcome criticism and feedback. We always try to come up with the ideal offering, but we know that our customers know their operations better than anyone. If there are any imperfections in how our product will fit into the operation, this is where our engineering can be redeveloped or altered.
Concept comes to life
When it comes to the production of vehicles, we have a chance to see some physical results of the development that’s been done together. All our production teams, across the country, are highly professional and very efficient. We are capable of turning vehicles around quickly, to a very high standard, or taking more time over new, more bespoke designs.
Aftercare and service
As part of the Paneltex package, we offer full service warranty for all of our products. Our aftercare team is friendly, professional and helpful. With an expansive network and next-day delivery of spare parts, we are driven to keep vehicle off-times to an absolute minimum.
