The rigid monocoque construction features one piece panels, vacuum bonded under controlled conditions in-house, to produce the ultimate in good looks combined with high strength and low weight.

Only the best materials are used to ensure that Paneltex trucks have the longest possible life. Smooth, seamless GRP skins give a tough durable finish which is both easy to clean and repair. Dow Styrofoam insulation throughout guarantees thermal efficiency over a very long period, and the low water absorption means no gain in weight either. Top quality stainless steel rear frame and fittings and aerodynamic moulded cappings complete the robust construction.

The Paneltex range extends from an ultra-lightweight 3 1/2 tonne distribution vehicle to 26 tonne rigid trunkers with every possible variation in between. With the aid of modern computer aided design facilities our engineering team can produce drawings fast and accurately to ensure that rigorous standards are met during construction in our well equipped 60,000 square foot factory.
